Imagining the Street Food Cart of the future.
Robam, a Chinese luxury kitchen brand, wanted to talk about their innovative range of range hoods in a way that would capture the imagination of the Chinese audience.
Apart from serving delicious food, traditional Chinese street food stalls are also known for emitting dramatic amounts of smoke. We decided to give this beloved part of Chinese culture a futuristic makeover, using cutting-edge technologies that Robam was working on.
We worked closely with Fin, a post-production house, to develop a series of design directions for the Nosmo. We wanted something that looked innovative without being cold, an inviting place to eat at, with the Range Hood being the star of the show.
3D DESIGN EVOLUTION
We settled on a design inspired by the polygonal shapes of Robam's products. A friendly looking hovering pod, that opened up to reveal a cooking space, and expanded its eating area to welcome additional diners.
